DESCRIPTION:
*Market research and sales target:
– Propose market approaching strategies and monthly sales plan to meet individual and team’s target
– Collect, analyze and derive insights about markets and industries to find potential business opportunities
– Negotiate and support in developing contracts
– Cooperate with relevant parties to carry out sales campaigns
*Maintain customer relationships:
– Maintain and nurture relationships with current clients in charge
– Follow-up with customers to collect complaints, and queries and collaborate with other related parties to resolve in a prompt and professional manner
– Create initiatives to further develop current commercial relationships on a win-win basic
REQUIREMENT:
– Degree in linguistics, BA, economics, foreign trade, commerce, or related areas
– Min 1-2 years in the same position for B2B business development in IT area
– English fluency in both communication and writing
– Experienced in customer care
– Good sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
– Good team player and self-motivated
